<em>The act of leaving one's country, home, friends, and family seeking a haven in another country is traumatizing process that has long-lasting impact on humans. Refugees always face lot challenges concerning the cultural, psychological, educational aspects countries which they seek refuge in. The case refugees Egypt rather different from any other country. for many neighboring Arab African experiencing political civil turmoil. Many these succeed blending Egyptian society, while others keep struggling. This paper aims at understanding learning goals English as second language though not first Egypt. also needs when face. In addition, seeks to understand whether nationality teacher differs refugees’ perception success language. employs both qualitative quantitative methods collecting data displaced learners instructors who teach them achieve comprehensive view origins, nationalities, circumstances. results present study indicate mostly learn relocation purposes entails being keen specific skills more than others. views differ regarding how effective see instructor These should be considered by curriculum developers, instructors, NGOs accommodate language.</em>
